NASA Real World In World - Team Shield

Team Shield consisting of ATC Modeling and Simulation students: Dakota M, (leader), Jeff J, Blair C, and James C. were selected as a Finalist in the NASA Real World In World Challenge. The students worked for months with their Ohio State State University Student Mentor to develop their engineering design solution to the real world problem of protecting the James Webb Space Telescope from solar radiation and developing spinoff technology for their design solution.
